We process your order within 24 to 48 business hours. Once shipped, delivery usually takes between 5 and 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number to locate your package at any time.
We currently deliver in France and throughout Europe. Delivery is free in Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.
As soon as the shipment is made, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number. If you do not find it, check your spam folder or contact us.
Your peace of mind is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days after receipt to return the product in its original condition. We will then issue a full refund.
The accident is rare, but it can happen during transport. Simply send us a photo of the defect to contact@pupplypet.com within 48 hours of receipt, and we will send you a new product immediately, at our expense.
