General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern all sales concluded between:

and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") wishing to make a purchase via the PupplyPet website.

By placing an order on this site, the Customer unreservedly accepts all of these General Terms and Conditions.

Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of products intended for dogs and cats (accessories, toys, care products, etc.).

Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the PupplyPet site.
Each product has a descriptive sheet that is as faithful as possible.

PupplyPet is committed to making its best efforts to ensure that the presentation of the products is as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may exist (color, dimensions, packaging), without affecting the validity of the sale.

Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

PupplyPet reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without notice.
The price applied will be the one displayed at the time of the order.

Order

Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

The order is considered final after:

  • Cart validation

  • Entering delivery information

  • Payment validation

A confirmation email will be sent to the Customer at the address provided during the order.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

The accepted payment methods are:

  • Credit card

  • Other secure methods offered on Shopify Checkout

All transactions are secured via an encryption protocol.

Delivery

Information regarding delivery (times, costs, tracking) is detailed in the Shipping Policy available on the site.

In summary:

  • Order processing: 24 to 48 business hours

  • Estimated delivery: 6 to 10 business days depending on the country

PupplyPet cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the Client has a period of 14 business days from the receipt of their package to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The following conditions must be met:

  • Unused product

  • In its original packaging

  • In perfect condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client (unless it is our error).

8. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, an email will be sent to confirm the acceptance or refusal of the refund.

If accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days, using the same payment method as that used for the order.

The following products are non-refundable:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Gift cards

  • Opened hygiene and care products

9. Liability

The products sold on PupplyPet are intended for pets under the responsibility of their owner.

PupplyPet cannot be held responsible:

  • In case of improper use of the product

  • In case of allergy or reaction of the animal

  • For any indirect damage caused by a product

It is the Client's responsibility to verify the compatibility of the product with their animal.

10. Personal data

The personal data collected during the order is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site.

They are used solely for the processing of orders and customer relations.

11. Intellectual property

All elements of the PupplyPet site (texts, images, logos, design, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of PupplyPet.

12. Applicable law

These general terms and conditions are subject to French law.

In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will always be preferred before any legal recourse.

In the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Paris.
