1. Return period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or refund.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused 

• In its original condition

• In its original packaging

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been clearly used extensively, chewed, damaged, or soiled cannot be refunded.

3. How to make a return?

Thank you for providing us with:

• Your order number

• The reason for the return

We will then send you the return address along with instructions to follow.

4. Return shipping costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or our error.

• If the product is defective or not as described, PupplyPet covers the return shipping costs.

5. Refund

Once your item is received and inspected:

• You will receive a confirmation email

• The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of our error.

6. Damaged or defective item

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.

We will find a quick solution: replacement or full refund.
